TERMS OF SERVICE – PathQR

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using PathQR – QR Generator ("PathQR," the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

PathQR is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Generate QR codes and barcodes
  • Scan QR codes and barcodes
  • Customize QR code appearance
  • Save QR codes locally on their device
  • Display QR codes using widgets
  • View optional QR analytics
  • Access additional features via in-app purchases or advertisements

Features may change over time without notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PathQR.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not generate or distribute QR codes that lead to illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App or its services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for the QR codes you create and share.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  • You retain ownership of any QR codes you generate using PathQR.
  • Larbsoft does not claim ownership over your QR content.
  • You are responsible for the destinations, links, or data encoded in your QR codes.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

PathQR may offer:

  • Subscriptions (weekly, yearly, or other plans)
  • One-time purchases (including lifetime access)
  • Ad-based feature unlocks

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

7. ADVERTISEMENTS

PathQR may display advertisements, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may unlock specific features temporarily or on a one-time basis.

Availability of ads and rewards is not guaranteed and may vary by region or device.

8. ANALYTICS AND OPTIONAL FEATURES

Certain features, such as QR analytics or widgets, may require additional permissions or data processing. By enabling these features, you consent to the necessary data collection as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to PathQR at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PathQR is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • QR codes will function as intended in all environments
  • External links encoded in QR codes will remain accessible

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larbsoft shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Issues arising from third-party services or external links

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PathQR after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Larbsoft operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
